摘要
采用数字图像处理技术对原棉疵点杂质进行检测与识别。利用自适应阈值分割的方法对目标图像进行分割及轮廓提取,并根据目标图像的相关特征值,提出了离心率与面积周长之比相结合的人工智能分析方法对原棉疵点杂质进行识别分类,取得了很好的效果。
The digital image processing technology was adopted to detect the impurities and defects of raw cotton. The adaptive threshold segmentation method was used for the target image segmentation and contour extraction. An artificial intelligence analysis method combination eccentricity with area&perimeter according to the relevant characteristics value of the target image was proposed to classify and identify the impurities and defects of raw cotton. The good effect on the recognition and classification of raw cotton impurities and defects was obtained.
