摘要
通过对比芦荟纤维和莫代尔纤维的截面形态、强伸性能和吸湿性能,设计了具体的芦荟/莫代尔/棉紧密纺纺纱工艺路线,指出了芦荟纤维和莫代尔纤维纺纱前需进行预处理,且生产过程中必须掌握各道工序的工艺原则,纺制的纱线综合性能才优良。
The cross section shape, intensity performance and moisture absorption property of aloe and modal fiber were compared. The process route of aloe/modal/cotton compact spinning was designed. The results indicated that the aloe and modal fiber needed to pretreat before spinning and the process principles must be master in the production process so as to spin the yam with fine comprehensive properties.
