摘要 个体的流畅体验能使其更加肯定自己,并促使其更加努力以继续感受这种体验。流畅体验理论对大学体育教学的启示是转变体育教育观念,促进学生养成规律运动行为;明确学生技能水平,合理设置学习目标;优化教学方法,营造适宜运动情境;完善学习评价方法,提高学生积极性。 After studying the theoretical literature definition to the flow experience, its features and application in the field of sports, this paper holds that it also enlightens in the university sports teaching in aspects of changing educational idea so as to promote students' habit of regularly doing exercise, setting reasonable learning goals to students according to their physical condition, optimizing teaching method so as to create a proper exercise environment, perfecting the evaluation of students' learning so as to evoke students' enthusiasm in exercising.
