摘要
研究离子交换树脂对五味子浸提液降酸效果及不同条件对五味子降酸的影响。通过比对6种离子交换树脂对五味子汁中有机酸的静态吸附特性,测定吸附过程对五味子汁主要理化指标的影响,筛选五味子汁降酸最优离子交换树脂。由试验得出,温度对D312型离子交换树脂影响微弱;流速不同,D312型树脂交换吸附效果差别较大。最佳吸附降酸条件是流速为4 BV/h,温度为室温。
The effects and affect factors of ion exchange resin on deacidification of sehisandra extract are studied. According to detect the static absorption characteristic of six ion exchange resins and the main physical and chemical characteristic during the process, the optimal ion exchange resin is chose. It shows that temperature has slight effect on ion exchange resin D312, and the absorption effect has a greater difference under different flow rate. The optimum condition is flow rate of 4 BV/h and temperature of room temperature.
