摘要
Based on an analysis of the present conditions of Chinese journal information resources and the necessity of their networking construction,aiming at the construction of the project of China Knowledge Infrastructure toward the 21 st century,and relying on the opening of China Journal Net,this article makes a deep research into the goal and strategies of the networking construction of Chinese journal information resources.
