摘要
基于HACCP分析理论,对甘薯产品采后储运和加工生产过程进行关键控制点分析,同时以溯源信息为基础,建立甘薯产品的全程可追溯系统,进行应用探索,以期为甘薯产业健康稳定发展提供参考。
In this research, critical control points of sweet potato products are analyzed by HACCP principle, especially those during the period of post-harvest, transportation, store, and processing. Meanwhile, a traceability system for sweet potato products are established, which is based on tracking information mechanism. -The application of the system might be an excellent example for promoting sweet potato industry.
