摘要
设计系列免少间苗播种机,创新设计带清种槽窝眼式谷子排种器,阐述结构形式及工作原理,选择合理的窝眼布置方式。通过正交试验分析清种槽角度、型孔尺寸和排种轴转速对排种器技术指标的影响,在最优参数组合下进行排种试验,其性能达到技术指标要求。
A series of millet seeders no and mini thinning out seedlings are designed. This paper explains structure form and operating principle of the seeder, and rational nest eye arranging way. Effects of slot angle, hole dimension and axis rotation rate on seed-metering device are discussed by orthogonal test. Its function reaches the technology index request through seed-metering test under optimum parametric combination.
