摘要
为适应高等教育发展的要求,培养更多高素质的食品人才。从食品安全学的课程特点和存在的问题出发,提出更新教学理念、优化课程体系、丰富教学手段、创新教学方法、注重实践教学、加强宣传教育、采用多元化考核方式等一系列改革措施,以提高食品安全学教学质量,实现教学目标。
In order to meet the requirements of the development of higher education, it needs to train more talents with high quality in food field. According to the features and existing problems of the food security course, this paper presents renovating teaching idea, optimizing curriculum system, improvement of teaching methods, innovating teaching methods, focusing on the reform of practice teaching, strengthening the popular science propaganda and using multiple assessment methods, to improve the teaching quality of the course to achieve teaching goals.
