摘要
考察了固化剂、树脂和胶泥粉配比以及偶联剂对防腐用呋喃树脂胶泥性能的影响,优化了呋喃树脂胶泥的配方组成,分析评价了其力学性能、施工特性和耐腐蚀性能。优化的呋喃树脂胶泥组成如下:磷酸苯胺(PB)的含量为3%,树脂和粉料的配比为1∶2.5,添加0.25%的氧硅烷偶联剂。得到的呋喃树脂胶泥不但具有施工低气味的特点,而且固化的产品有突出的抗压强度和良好的耐腐蚀性能。
The effect factors such as curing agent, the ratio of resin and mortar powder, and coupling agent on the properties of corrosion resistant furan resin mortar are investigated in this paper. The composition of furan resin mortar is optimized. The mechanical, proceeding, and corrosion resistant properties of mortars are ana- lyzed and evaluated. The optimized composition of furan resin mortar is as follows :the content of PB is 3%, the ratio of resin and mortar powder is 1 : 2.5 and the additional content of oxysilane coupling agent is 0. 25%. The obtained furan resin mortar not only has low odor in the processing,but also has high compressive strength and good corrosion resistance.
