摘要
玉米粗缩病是一种严重危害玉米生产的病毒性病害。该文从玉米粗缩病的致病因素、抗性评价、抗病育种和抗病基因QTL定位等方面进行了阐述,明确了其在抗病育种中的研究现状,并对下一步的抗粗缩病育种工作做了讨论。
Maize rough dwarf virus （MRDV）is a very serious virus disease for maize.In this study, the risk factors, evaluation of resistance, breeding in anti MRDV, and QTL location were expounded,its resistance breeding research were definited, and the next step works of the anti-MRDV breeding were discussed.
