中职学生职业素养的培养,对提高人才培养质量、满足企业对高素质人才的需求具有重要意义。对武汉城市圈中职学生职业素养情况的调查研究显示,学生普遍存在技能实践不足、职业心理素质欠佳、职业规划意识淡薄等问题。需要通过加强实践情境的设计,增强中职学生实践能力;加强学生心理疏导,帮助他们建立职业自信心等多种路径,来全面提升中职学生的职业素养,为社会培养高素质劳动者和技能型人才服务。

The cultivation of secondary vocational school studentst professionalism is important to enhance the quality of fostering talents and meet the needs of highly-competent people from en- terprises. The investigation into secondary vocational school studentsr professionalism in Wuhan city circle indicates that there are problems of professionalism for these students, such as lacking of practice, not good enough in vocational mental qualities and not sensitive to career planning and so on. To foster highly-competent and skilled labor force, we need to adopt various approaches, such as designing the circumstances of practice, enhancing psychological counseling and so on, to help those students to build their confidence of vocation.
