摘要
从内外两个方面分析了美国电影《超脱》所表达的以一个美国社区学校代课老师亨利·巴赫特为代表的教育工作者带独白性质的困境表述,并试图结合中国教育工作的现状从电影主人公最终得以超脱的结局寻求一些解释,以期给中国的教育工作者或者管理者些许启示。分析表明:尽管中国教育工作者也面临跟电影主人公类似的诸多困境,但是不断地通过阅读和写作的方式进行反思和努力提升自我境界,勇敢面对问题并合理申诉最终将能走出困境。
From inner and outer aspects, the paper analyses the statements given by the hero of American movie "Detachment", who is a supply community teacher and represents many struggling educators like him. The paper tries to connect the analysis and Chinese education work situation, and derives some explanation and inspiration from the end of the movie, that is, the hero detached from his troubles and got happiness. The study concludes that Chinese educators face similar troubles as the hero though, we can face the troubles bravely, complain reasonably, promote our mind and reflect through reading and writing, and finally get out of troubles.
