近些年来,风险投资在吉林省的发展十分迅速,促进了我省高新技术产业的发展,推动了我省产业结构的调整,为我省经济发展起到了积极的作用。但同时我省风险投资仍处于发展的初级阶段,存在很多问题。因此,应对我省风险投资发展状况进行分析,借鉴其他地区发展风险投资的经验,以促进风险投资和高新技术产业在我省的发展,激发我省的经济活力。

It plays a positive role for the economic development of our province and the adjustment of industrial structure. But at the same time, venture capital is still in the initial devel-opment stage, there are many problems, therefore, response to the analysis of the status of the development of risk investment analysis, draw lessons from the development of risk investment in other areas, in order to pro-mote the development of venture capital and high-tech industry in our province, stimulate the economic vitality in our province.
