科学技术是第一生产力,在当今社会经济发展中的重要性和首要地位越来越明显。进入21世纪,一个国家要提高其国际竞争力,必须依靠先进的科学技术。把科技成果转化为现实生产力,是实现科技与经济紧密结合的关键环节。党的十七届五中全会明确提出,"十二五"期间要以科学发展为主题,以提高经济发展速度和加快转变经济发展方式。所以,必须加快科技成果向现实生产力转化,使科技创新成为产业发展的核心,以此促进先进科技与产业深度融合。

Science and technology is the first productivity in today＇s social and economic development. In twen-ty-first Century, if a country wants to enhance its international competitiveness, should rely on advanced science and technology. Transfer the scientific and technologic achievements into practice productive force is the key to realize the combination of science and economy. The Party＇s Seventeen Plenary Session put forward clearly that scientific development is the theme of ＂Twelfth Five Year Plan＂ and improve the speed of economic development and accelerate the transformation of economic development mode. Therefore, we must speed up the transforma-tion of scientific and technologic achievements into practice productive forces. Put the innovation of science and technology as the core of industrial development so as to promote the integration of advanced technology and in-dustry.
