摘要
我国公安高等院校教师具有自身的职业特点。对公安高等院校教师进行职业生涯管理,应秉承科学创新、持久性、全过程多角度评价等原则,构建系统化的公安高等院校教师职业生涯管理的绩效考核体系、培训教育体系,构建公安高等院校教师职业生涯管理信息平台,实现公安高等院校发展和教师成长双重目标的统一,推动公安高等院校教师和公安教育事业的共同发展。
Teachers' career management in public security colleges and universities in our country has its own characteristics. Teachers' career management in public security colleges and universities should adhere to the prin-ciples of scientific innovation, persistence and multi-angle evaluation and construct systematic performance ap-praisal system and training educational system. Construct an information platform about teachers' career manage-ment of public security colleges and universities, and realize the unity of the public security colleges and univer-sities' development and the teachers' growth, promote the common development of teachers and the public secu-rity educational business.
