Analysis on the Problem of Psychological Inversion and Strategy in the Ideological and Political Work

高校思想政治工作实践中经常会遇到一些难题和障碍,比较突出的是当代大学生对思想政治工作的逆反心理。大学生对思想政治工作的逆反心理是由他们青春期的心理特点决定的,要预防和克服这种逆反心理,思想政治工作者必须根据大学生的心理特征,全面深入分析大学生对思想政治工作产生逆反心理的原因,对大学生积极地加以引导并进行全面、细致的教育。

There are some difficulties and barriers in the ideological and political work. The most important prob-lem is psychological inversion. It was decided by the character of adolescence. If the worker wants to prevent and overcome the inversion, they should analyze the reason according to the character of college student and lead and teach roundly and totally.
