民办高校辅导员专业化标准构建体系

随着高等教育普及化,高校需要建立一支稳定的辅导员队伍,实现辅导员队伍专业化。目前高校在建设辅导员专业化队伍方面还存在诸多问题,如辅导员虽已列入教师编制,但具体落实教师身份的措施不够,辅导员队伍建设的经费投入少,辅导员发展晋升框架的构建不明确等。解决问题的主要办法是建立辅导员专业化标准体系。

With the popularization of higher education, colleges and universities need to establish a stable team, achieve professional counselor team. At present,there are many problems in professional college counselors, counselor identity has been included in the teacher preparation but the specific implementa-tion measures are not the identity of teachers, counselors of less investment, counselor development pro-motion framework is not clear. The main sticking point to solve the problem is to construct counselor pro-fessional standard svstem.
