摘要
为进一步缓解高职院校与企业用人之间的供需矛盾,提升学生职业素养,提高人才培养质量,增强学生就业竞争力。笔者通过文献查阅、企业调研等多种形式,对企业文化内涵,企业文化融入高职学生思想教育的意义、途径进行研究,探索出以思想素质教育培养方案为总领,以课堂教学和课程建设为依托,以实践教学为核心,以校园文化建设为载体,以就业教育为平台,将企业文化融入高职学生思想教育的实践之路。重庆航天职业技术学院按照这一思路,在将企业文化融入高职学生思想教育进行了一些实践,取得了一定的效果。将企业文化融入高职学生思想教育,这是高职院校学生思想教育的一种全新尝试,也是面临的一项新课题。
To further ease the contradiction between supply and demand of higher vocational colleges and enterprises employing, we need enhance students ~ professionalism and improve the quality of personnel training, to enhance students~ employability and competitiveness. Through literature review, investigation of enterprises in various forms, The author research the connotation of enterprise culture, meaning of enterprise culture integrating into the college students Ideological work and ways, explore the ideological quality education training program as the guidance, the classroom teaching and curriculum construction as the basis, practice teaching as the core, the construction of campus culture as the carrier, the employment education as a platform. Let the enterprise culture integrate into the ideological work of the higher vocational college students. Chongqing Aerospace Polytechnic in accordance with this idea, enterprise culture integrating into the college students Ideological work had some practice, and achieved certain results, enterprise culture integrating into the college students Ideological work is a new issue of the higher college students Ideological work and a new task we face.
