绿色建筑设计理念下的积水无锡太科园项目 被引量:1

摘要 在当前国家大力推动绿色建筑发展的背景下,从"节地与室外环境、节能与能源利用、节水与水资源利用、节材与材料资源利用、室内环境质量"等五个方面,分析积水无锡太科园项目的绿色建筑设计情况,并详细介绍了保证项目达到二星级绿色建筑标准的亮点技术。通过分析绿色建筑技术的成本增量及年节省费用,得到项目的静态回收周期为4.3年。项目在绿色建筑设计方面的考量可以作为同类型项目打造绿色建筑的参考,具有较好的示范意义。 The green design of Jishui Wuxi T-PARK is analyzed from five aspects, including land saving and outdoor environment, ener- g7 conservation and energy utilization, water saving and water resource utilization, material saving and material resource utilization and indoor environment quality; and enlightening techniques for meeting two-star green building standard are expounded in details in the trend of na- tional vigorous development of green buildings. The static payback period of the project is 4.3 years according to the cost increment of green building techniques and cost savings. The green building design consideration in this project can be used as reference of the same kind of projects in future with good demonstration significance.
