夏热冬冷地区居住建筑用电特性研究 被引量:6

摘要 采集了以浙江地区为代表的夏热冬冷地区2007年至2011年共5年的日均温度分布,统计分析了该地区典型气候特征。同时调查分析了该地区2007年12月~2011年11月居住建筑的电耗,结果表明户均年耗电量和单位建筑面积年耗电量均逐年增长;综合分析夏热冬冷地区居住建筑的用能特性,发现夏季制冷用电远远高于冬季制热用电,最后将空调制冷、制热用电与气温的关联性分别建立统计模型,采用线性拟合分析得出了空调制热与制冷耗电量与气温的关系。 The mean daily temperatures in Zhejiang Province from 2007 to 2011 were collected and analyzed in view of the climate characteristics in the hot summer and cold winter zone. Meanwhile we investigated the electricity consumptions of the residential buildings in Zhejiang Province from December 2007 to November 2011. The results show that the annual average electricity consumptions for each house- hold and per unit housing area both increase year by year. The electricity consumption characteristics were comprehensively analyzed. The re- sults show that the refrigeration electricity consumption in summer is obviously higher than the heating electricity consumption in winter. The statistic models between the electricity far refrigeration or for heating and temperatures were built and their relationships were concluded by linear fitting analysis.
