重度脊柱畸形后路截骨术应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 随着三维矫形理论和脊柱内固定系统的发展,重度脊柱畸形后路截骨术在临床逐步得到推广应用。该技术具有矫形效果好、减压充分等优点,但也存在缺乏标准化及个性化治疗策略、手术并发症发生率高等缺点。该文综述后路截骨技术的最新进展,主要包括术前检查及评估,不同的手术方式及其适应证、矫形效果,手术并发症及其预防措施等。 Following the development of 3D deformity correction theory and spinal internal fixation systems, posterior osteotomy for the patients with severe spinal deformity has been extended for clinical application. The technique has the advantage of excellent effect in spine correction and spinal cord decompression while the disadvantages include absence of standardized and individualized treatment strategies, high incidence of postoperative complications and so on. Latest development was reviewed in this paper involving preoperative examinations and evaluations, different surgical methods and their indications as well as orthopedic effects, surgical complications and the relative preventions etc.
