摘要
基于目前煤矿巷道支护中锚杆-锚索布置方式存在的误区,分析了锚杆、锚索各自的力学特征和作用机理,采用数值模拟手段对比分析不同锚杆-锚索布置方式下预应力分布特征,并进行了现场实测。研究结果表明:将锚杆锚索分开布置在不同断面上,锚杆和锚索受力稳定均衡,相互协调,此时巷道浅部和深部围岩预应力分布状态更加合理,可发挥锚杆锚索协同作用,形成最佳预应力承载结构,有利于巷道保持稳定性。
There is misunderstanding of anchored bolt and cable layout manner in roadway supporting. Mechanical characteristic and action mechanism of anchored bolt-cable was analyzed. Applying numerical simulation to analyzing pre-stress distribution characteristic of different anchored bolt-cable layout manners and on-the-spot observation was made. Results showed that stress of anchored bolt and anchored cable installed at different sections was stable and even,pre-stress distribution state of shallow and deep surrounding rock was more rational. This could exert cooperation action of anchored bolt and anchored cable,form best pre-stress bearing structure,which was favorable for keeping roadway stability.
