摘要
汽车主减速器为汽车传动系统的重要环节,对其质量检测显得尤其重要。针对主减速准双曲面齿轮啮合振动进行建模,分析了故障齿轮啮合的振动响应规律。利用Hilbert变换解调分析和经验模态分解(Empirical Mode Decomposition,EMD)方法,对齿轮振动信号进行EMD分解,然后对固有模态函数(Intrinsic Mode Function,IMF)分量进行包络谱分析,分析判断齿轮可能的故障类型。实验数据表明,该方法在汽车主减速器的生产质量控制方面是有效可行的。
As the important element in the automobile transmission system, the quality detection of main reducer is very important. The vibration model for gear mesh of main reducer is established, and the vibration response from fault gear meshing is discussed. Based on Hilbert transmission demodulation analysis and EMD (Empirical Mode De- composition), the IMF (Intrinsic Mode Function) of gear vibration signals is got, and then the gear faults based on analysis of envelope - spectra of the signals are suggested. The experimental application to gear fault diagnosis shows that the tooth surface damage detection for automobile main reducer based on EMD and Hilbert analysis is effective to production quality control.
