基于VB和APDL的渐开线斜齿轮模态分析 被引量:4

Modal Analysis of Involute Helical Gear based on VB and APDL

摘要 当渐开线斜齿轮作零节径的轴对称横向弯曲振动时得到的固有频率和振型对于超声振动系统是最理想的。首先通过APDL语言构建了斜齿轮的三维有限元模型,然后对斜齿轮进行了模态分析。通过VB和APDL实现了斜齿轮一阶频率的参数化提取,将有限元分析得到的谐振频率与实验得到的谐振频率比较,得到了基本一致的结果。 The natural frequency and mode shape when involute helical gear under the axisynnnetric transverse bending vibration of zero pitch diameter is the best for the vibration system of ultrasonic. A three - dimensional finite element model of helical gear is built through APDL firstly, then modal analysis of helical gear is conducted. The heli- cal gear first - order frequency are extracted in a parametric way by VB and APDL, the resonant frequency of finite - element analysis is in accordance with the resonant frequency of experiment.
