摘要
为进一步检验精密谐波齿轮的柔轮对其整体输出扭转刚度的影响,设计了一套谐波齿轮柔轮扭转刚度测试系统。谐波齿轮柔轮扣在模拟波发生器上,用外卡具夹紧固定柔轮外齿,使其处于工作变形状态,采用双向力偶的形式通过力矩盘在其输出端施加双向渐变力矩,利用光学自准直仪精确测量柔轮转动的角度,从而计算出被测柔轮的扭转刚度。完成了某精密谐波齿轮柔轮的扭转刚度测量,测试结果表明被测柔轮扭转刚度高达27 000 N°m/rad,不是谐波齿轮整体输出刚度不足的薄弱环节。
To study the effect of the flexible wheel to the total output stiffness of the harmonic gear, a set of pre- cision torsional stiffness test system of flexible wheel is designed. To simulate the work station of the flexible wheel, it is buckled on a simulation wave producer which is fixed on the base plate and in the state of working deformation. The external tooth of flexible wheel is gripped by a special fixture and bi - directional gradual change force couple is ap- plied to the output shaft of flexible wheel through a torque plate. A photoelectric autoeollimator is used to measure the tiny rotation angle of the output shaft. Then precision torsional stiffness of the flexible wheel can be calculated out. Torsional stiffness tests of a certain type of precision flexible wheel are carried out. Test results show that the torsional stiffness of the flexible wheel is up to 27 000 N" m/rad and it will not lead to the insufficient stiffness of the harmonic gear.
