摘要
针对某装备5速双离合器自动变速器(Dual Clutch Transmission,DCT)的车辆,为解决在传统的二参数换挡规律下,由驾驶员不当操作所引起的频繁换挡及换挡执行机构频繁作动问题,开发了基于驾驶员不当操作的模糊修正换挡策略。通过离线仿真与硬件在环试验研究验证了模糊修正换挡策略的有效性。仿真和试验结果表明,采用模糊修正换挡规律能有效解决驾驶员不当操作所引起的频繁换挡和意外换挡现象,减少了DCT离合器与同步器的作动次数,提高了驾驶舒适性。
As for the vehicles equipped with 5 speed Dual Clutch Automatic Transmission (DCT), the fuzzy compensating shift strategy is developed to solve the frequent shift phenomenon and actuator frequent shift caused by the driver improper operation. The effectiveness of fuzzy compensating shift strategy is verified by the simulation and hardware in the loop( HIL) test platform. The results show that the fuzzy compensating shift strategy can not only effec- tively solve the frequent shift and unexpected shift phenomenon caused by the driver improper operation but also reduce the actuation times of DCT clutch and synchronizer, and the driving comfort is improved.
