Through analysis of the three centering types of major diameter, minor diameter, tooth flank, the cor- responding mathematic models are built, the calculation formulas of lurching allowance in different centering types are deduced, it is helpful to ensure the consistency of the geometry tolerance and assembly lurching allowance in the de- sign of vehicle synchronizer.
