摘要
针对汽车变速箱中硬齿面齿轮要求耐磨性高、寿命长和传动噪声低等特点,以20CrMnTi钢材料的齿轮为研究对象,深入分析热处理工艺对20CrMnTi钢齿轮的热后变形影响。从机械加工角度,分析热处理后硬齿面齿轮的磨削、珩削两种精加工工艺,比较两者对齿轮加工精度和加工效率的影响。最后,提出了强力珩齿是提高硬齿面齿轮精度和降低齿轮传动噪声的最佳精加工方法。
For the features that hardened gear in the gearbox of car require high wear resistance, longer life and low noise, taking the gear of the 20CrMnTi steel material as a research object, the heat distortion affection on heat treatment process for the 20CrMnTi steel gear are analyzed deeply. From the machining viewpoint, the two finish ma- chining processes: grinding and honing for hardened gear after heat treatment are analyzed, and the effects of machin- ing precision and productivity between them are compared. Finally, the gear powerful honing is the best finish machin- ing method to improve precision and reduce gearing noise is proposed.
