摘要
随着自动化水平的不断提高以及自动化产品在生产实际中的广泛应用,为减少工作人员需求和提高自动化程度,针对目前一些车牌厂家的生产现状,对现有手动设备进行改造,将其改造为车牌半成品的自动化生产线。在生产线改造时,采用台达PLC和变频器构成自动化的控制系统。详细介绍了该自动化生产线的系统组成、软硬件设计以及改造过程。该生产线改造大大提高了生产效率和产品的合格率,节约了成本。
Along with the increasing level of automation and the wide application of automation products in actual production, in order to enhance degree of automation and to reduce staff, in accordance with the current productive status of some factories of license plates, the existing manual facilities are retrofitted to form an automatic production line for semifinished product of license plate. During the retrofit, the PLC and VFD are used to constitute an automatic control system. The system composition, hardware and software design, and the revamp procedures of this automation production line are introduced in detail. The retrofit greatly enhances the productive efficiency and qualified rate of products, and reduces the costs.
