摘要
针对人工检测方法存在的弊端(如影响试验条件和质量、危害检测人员健康的弊端),提出了盐雾沉降率自动检测方法,设计了盐雾沉降率多测点实时自动检测装置。对于多测点的高精度检测,采用激光三角位移测量方法,利用直线电机驱动电荷耦合元件(CCD)激光位移传感器进行循环检测。实际应用结果表明,装置能够满足当前大型步入式盐雾试验室检测工作的需要,实现了盐雾沉降率多测点的实时自动检测。
Aiming at the shortcomings of manual detection method for salt spray sedimentation rate, e. g. , influencing the test conditions and quality, harming testing personnel' s health, etc. , the automatic detection method is proposed, and the real-time automatic detector with multiple measuring points has been designed. Considering the multiple measuring points and highly precise detection, the laser triangulation method is adopted, and cycling detection is conducted by using linear motor to drive charge-coupled device (CCD) laser displacement sensor. The result of practical application shows that the detector satisfies the requirement of the detection in large-scale walk-in salt spray chambers and implements real-time automatic detection with multiple measuring points for salt spray sedimentation rate.
