摘要 为了研究动力电池在线剩余容量的检测方法,利用蓄电池综合参数自动测试仪对铅酸蓄电池离线瞬间所产生的回跳电压进行监测。在考虑放电率、放电深度、环境温度等因素的情况下,拟合出回跳电压与剩余容量之间的曲线方程,提出了一种新的动力电池剩余容量在线估算方法;并以89S51单片机为核心,设计了智能化在线检测系统。通过检测负载电流和负载电压及其温度信息,并利用曲线方程适时修正后,实现了动力电池剩余容量的在线检测。 In order to research the online detection methods for remaining capacity or state of charge ( SOC ) of the motive power batteries by adopting automatic detector for comprehensive parameters of storage battery, the rebounce voltage of lead-acid storage battery that generated at instantaneous offline is detected. In consideration of various factors including discharging rate, discharging depth and environment temperature, the curve equation between rebounce voltage and remaining capacity is fitted, and the new online estimation method for remaining capacity of the motive battery is proposed and the intellectualized online detection system with 89S51 single chip machine as the core is designed. Through detecting load current, load voltage and temperature information, by using timely corrected curve equation, online detection of SOC of the motive battery is implemented.
