介绍了尿素装置脱硫和脱氢系统的工艺流程及大修前、后的运行情况。脱硫、脱氢系统投运后,减轻了高压设备腐蚀,并解决了高压洗涤器因氢气累积而发生爆炸的可能性。
A description is given of the process flow of the desulfurization and dehydrogenation systems of the urea unit and their operation before and after general overhaul. With the commissioning of these systems the corrosion of the high-pressure equipment decreases, and possibility of explosion is eliminated of the high-pressure scrubber due to hydrogen accumulation.
