Discussion on Transformation Developing Model of Circulative Foreign Trade Enterprise – Taking Guangdong Agribusiness Group Import and Export Corporation as the Example

对后危机时代我国流通型外贸企业面临的挑战与转型发展模式进行了简要分析;对农垦集团进出口公司的发展历史、竞争优势、经营现状和主要问题进行了综合分析。针对该公司实际,提出"走工贸结合之路,做强自营贸易业务,提升规模经营效益"的转型发展模式,并提出了应采取的对策措施。

This paper gives an analysis on both challenges and transformation development model of circulative foreign trade enterprises in post-crisis era. It also comprehensively analyzes major problems such as development history, competitive advantages, operating situation. Aiming at the actual situation in this company, it puts forward the transformation development model of integrating industry and trade, strengthening self-operated business and increasing scale operation efficiency, and proposes according measures.
