摘要
性格是学习者个性的重要组成部分,也是影响学习者外语习得的重要因素之一。对学习者性格的研究,有助于教师更好地改进其外语教学过程。个性化教学是一种尊重学生个性,促进学生全面发展的适应性教学,具有宏观和微观层面。从个性化教学的微观层面--课堂教学入手,结合人本主义理论,以学习者的性格差异为基础,指出教师在设计课堂活动时,应遵循学生主体原则、机会公平原则、关怀学生情感原则以及个性全面发展原则,以适应不同学生的学习需要和学习习惯,并促进其语言水平的提高。
Character is an important component of learner's personality and one of the most important factors that affect learner's language acquisition as well. The study of the character is of great help for the teachers to improve their teaching. Individualized teaching is an adaptive teaching which respects stu- dents' personalities and aims to promote students' full-development. It includes two levels, i.e., macro level and micro level. This essay focuses on the micro level-- classroom teaching. Based on the theory of humanistic teaching and the traits of different characters, four designing principles of classroom activi- ties are discussed principle of student as the main body, principle of fair opportunity, principle of car- ing for student's emotion and principle of character's full-development, which will be of great help for designing the activities that are fit for each student and can really improve their language proficiency.
