摘要
校本培训作为一种特殊形式的教师培训,其价值与意义非同寻常。当前校本培训呈现出与以往不同的特点,师训机构应当有效地处理好与中小学校之间的关系,转变对校本培训的管理理念,以服务为导向,采取有效的作用方式,为校本培训的高效推进发挥积极作用。
School-based training is a special teachers' training form, which is of its own value and meaning. There are new features of today's school-based training different from the former. Teachers' training organization should effectively handle relationships with primary and middle schools, change management concept into a service-oriented one, take efficient approaches to promote school-based training.
