Traditional monitoring techniques mainly rely on manual recording and post-analysis , and because of the large amount of data and heavy workload ,it can not meet the actual needs .The intelligent monitoring system based on digital image processing can overcome the above shortcomings .The paper expounds the analysis technique of intelligent monitoring system and provides the soft-hard structure and operational principle of intelligent monitoring system .The thesis clarifies various detecting ways to invasive image and realizes the system function through a program .
