经济开放度对少数民族产权制度影响研究

A STUDY ON IMPACTS OF ECONOMIC OPENESS UPON MINORIT PROPERTY RIGHT SYSTEM

产权制度的变更和改造与开放经济有着极大的关联。在少数民族产权制度"自成体系"的背景下,少数民族的习惯等非正式制度是制约地域产权制度的重要原因。要改造民族地区的产权制度,使之与国家主流的产权制度对接,实现少数民族地区的社会经济发展,必须加大经济开放度,以经济开放为轴,以市场观念来扬弃少数民族不合理的产权制度部分,促进民族地区的社会经济发展,实现我国社会发展的区域平衡。

The modification and improvement of property rights system has a great relevance to the openness of economy. In the context of ＇ self - contained＇ of the minority property rights system, the infor mal system, such as the ethnic habits, is an important reason to restrict the territorial property rights re gimes. In order to transform property right system in minority areas so as to dock with the national main stream system and to achieve social and economic development in these areas, we must increase economic openness and take it as an axis, abandon the irrational parts of the minority property right system under the guidance of a market ideology, promote social and economic development in minority areas and achieve re gional equilibrium of social development in our country.
