摘要
在阐明水洛河沿河公路与水洛河梯级电站建设关系的基础上,提出了水洛河沿河公路建设与电站建设需要相结合的思路,进而从五个方面给出了水洛河沿河公路建设的建议:公路路基高程需要顾及电站水库水位;公路建设宜绕开沿河居民居住地;公路建设高程应尽量沿施工支洞出口高程布线;泥石流冲沟过沟设计优先考虑过水路面;公路选线靠近电站施工布置点。
Based on the relationship between riverside highway and Shuiluo river cascade hydropower stations,the idea that riverside highway construction should be combined with the power station construction was put forward. And then,five recommendations were proposed. The recommendations are as follows: the highway subgrade elevation should take account of the power station reservoir water level; Road construction should bypass the residents along the river residence; Elevation of riverside highway should be close to the adit outlet elevation as much as possible; Overflow pavement is a priority for the ditch design of debris flow gullies; Route selection of highway should be close to the power station construction points.
