摘要
水电工程施工布置是一项复杂的系统工程,合理的施工布置能把场地、设备、物料和人等资源有机地结合起来,保证工程的顺利施工。优选施工布置方案时,一般选取施工道路的合理性、布置的灵活性、场地的有效使用情况、工作环境等指标进行评价,但这些指标的评价值多以语言标度的形式给出,难以建立定量的评价模型。采用语言评估矩阵,利用EWAA算子进行集结运算,集结结果能反映布置方案的优劣排序情况,从而为决策者提供有效的决策支持。
Construction layout of hydropower project is a complicated system engineering. Reasonable construction layout can combine these sources,for example,site,equipment,materials,labors and so on to ensure smooth construction of project. In optimization of construction scheme,some indexes are generally selected for evaluation,such as construction road layout flexibility,rationality,and effective use of space and work environment. But the evaluation of these index values are in the forms of linguistic scale,it is difficult to establish a quantitative evaluation model. The language is used to evaluate matrix,for the aggregation operation is performed with the EWAA operator. Aggregation results can reflect the quality ranking of the layout,which can provide decision support for decision makers.
