摘要肠易激综合征（irritablebowelsyndrome，IBS）是一种以腹痛或腹部不适伴随排便习惯改变为特征的功能性肠病。最主要的临床表现是腹痛与排便习惯和粪便形状的改变。2010-12-2012-12，我们采用安肠方联合凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片治疗腹泻型IBSl00例，并与常规西药治疗100例对照观察，结果如下。1资料与方法1．1一般资料全部200例均河北省赵县人民医院肛肠科门诊患者，随机分为2组。治疗组100例，男42例，
