静电电流仪在聚烯烃反应器中的应用

Application of Electrostatic Transmitter for Reactors in Polyolefin Plant

针对气相流化床聚烯烃反应器内部聚合物结块的现象,采用静电电流仪进行监控。从静电电流仪的种类入手,对静电电流仪的工作原理、特点、在设计中的注意事项、具体应用中的数据分析等各个方面进行了阐述,并结合具体项目对静电电流仪的应用进行了分析研究。

Contraposing the phenomena of agglomeration inside gas phase fluidized bed polyolefin reactor, electrostatic transmitter is used for monitoring the reactor inside states. Start from the type of electrostatic transmitter, operation principle, feature, considerations during design, data analysis in detailed application are discussed. Combing with specific project, the application of electrostatic transmitter is discussed.
