摘要
从机械原理入手,系统分析、试验了直读防冻堵定压套气阀的结构和使用方法,优化结构方案,改进安装方式,使井口套压的控制更加方便智能,形成了适合油田井组伴生气回收需要的产品。新式直读防冻堵定压套气阀操作简单、运行可靠,与传统的回收技术相比,配套了液面测试技术,简化了流程,消除了安全隐患,降低了生产成本,达到了油田安全生产、清洁生产的要求。
Start from mechanical principle, the structure and application method for direct reading anti-freeze anti-plugging constant pressure valve are analyzed and tested systematically, structure scheme is optimized, installation mode is improved, and makes the control more convenient and intelligent, the valve suitable for oilfield well-group associated gas recovery is developed. The operation of new direct reading anti-freeze anti-plugging constant pressure valve is simple, and runs reliably. Compared to conventional recovery technology, it equips with liquid level measurement technology, simplifies process, eliminates potential risk, reduces production cost, and reaches to the requirements of safe and clean production for oilfield.
