摘要
为满足S型压电直线电机多通道相位可控的驱动要求,设计并制作了一种新型驱动电源。基于直接数字式频率合成器技术和可编程片上系统,设计了S型压电直线电机所需的三路相位差120°的正弦信号发生装置。采用CD4051和LM358作为主要器件,设计了用于阶跃式电压调节的PGA电路。设计了线性功率放大电路,解决了叠层压电陶瓷快速放电问题。实验结果表明,所设计的驱动电源能可靠地用于该S型压电直线电机,电机运行良好,驱动信号稳定。
To meet the requirement of phase controlled for S-type linear piezoelectric motor,a new type of driving power was designed.for The design of a signal generator based on direct digital synthesizer(DDS) and programmable system on chip(PSOC3),providing 3-phase sin wave voltage signal with 120° phase difference was proposed.The CD4051 and LM358 was used as the main component to design the PGA circuit.A linera power amplifier circuit was designed,and the problem of quick-discharge for the piezoelectric stack was solved.The experimental results demonstrate that the driving power is reliable for the s-type linear piezoelectric motor with long-time stability.
