摘要
本文基于火花塞离子电流检测技术设计了发动机点火控制电路和发动机离子电流检测电路。点火控制电路主要通过编程模拟发动机的点火过程,离子电流检测电路主要完成对火花塞两极之间离子电流信号进行采集放大的工作,以便处理和分析。该检测仪的最大特点是在不需要特殊的传感器的情况下进行能够方便的进行检测。
This article is based on the spark plug ion current detection technology and designs the engine ignition control circuit and ion current detection circuit.Ignition control circuit mainly simulates engine ignition process by programming, Ion current detection circuit is mainly completed the acquisition and ampliifcation of ion current signal spark plug between the poles,so that the processing and analysis are convenient.The most obvious characteristic of the detector is that it can be convenient for testing in the case of no special sensors.
