摘要 目的在建立血清指纹图谱的基础上,研究驱虫斑鸠菊入血成分。方法高效液相色谱法建立药材及血清指纹图谱,确认入血成分;进一步采用硅胶柱层析及Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析分离得到入血成分。结果分离得到了4个化合物,其中3个化合物为入血原型成分,即:紫铆素、5,7,3',5'-四羟基二氢黄酮、3',4',7-三羟基黄酮。结论血清药化的方法可分析出驱虫斑鸠菊入血成分,为寻找体内作用的物质基础提供参考依据。 Objective To study the components of Vernonia anthelmintica (L.) Wild in rat blood by serum fingerprinting analysis. Methods High performance liquid chromatograph method was used to establish the fingerprint of the herb. The ingredients into the blood were acquired by repeated silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography. Results Four compounds were isolated from the herb of Vernonia anthelmintica (L.) Wild. Prototypes of three compounds were absorbed into the blood: purple riveting hormone, 5,7,3 ', 5'-tetrahydroxy flavanone, and 3 ', 4', 7- trihydroxy flavonoids. Conclusion Serum pharmacological method can be used to analyze the composition of herbs absorbed into the blood, and provide a reference to find the functionary composition of herbs in vivo.
