摘要 介绍了桉木化学机械浆废水和蔗渣堆场废水经厌氧处理后,产生的沼气送锅炉燃烧的工艺、设备特点和综合利用的生产实践。蒲纸和金浪浆业厌氧处理系统平均日去除COD量约42t,平均日产沼气量约17500~21000m3,全年沼气折标煤量为6562t,具有显著的经济效益、环保效益和社会效益。 In this paper was mainly introduced the production practice on comprehensive utilization, process and facilities characteristics of biogas sent to the boiler to combustion after the anaerobic treatment of the waste water from Eucalyptus P-RC APMP system and bagasse storage yard. In Pumiao paper mill and Jinlang Pulp, anaerobic treatment system average daily removal of COD is about 42 tons, daily biogas output is about 17500-21000m3, accounting for annual 6562 tons of standard coal, which will produce significant economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits.
