从环境风险到群体性事件:一种“风险的社会放大”现象解析 被引量:14

摘要 风险的社会放大理论(SARF)为中国的环境风险型群体性事件提供了分析的理论框架。厦门PX事件中风险放大的涟漪沿着三条路径扩散,导致放大和缩小两种效应。被放大的"环境风险污名化"和"群体性事件的威力",以及被缩小的"政府治理风险"在整个社会层面又引发了风险放大的涟漪效应。今后应对此类事件,应该强化对环境风险型项目所涉风险信息的披露,引入政府与社会共同监管,同时避免简单化处理问题,坚持在科学调查的基础上依法严肃究责。
