氯化镧在栀子黄色素染色涤纶织物中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 研究了氯化镧用量、pH值、染色温度和染色保温时间等因素对栀子黄色素染色涤纶的上染率的影响。通过单因素实验和正交实验,得出栀子黄色素采用氯化镧上染涤纶纤维较合适的条件为:氯化镧用量1%,pH值6,染色温度120℃,保温时间50 min,上染率可达77.82%。相比较而言,通过氯化镧提高上染率比采用硫酸亚铁更有优势。经栀子黄色素染色后,涤纶的耐摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度较好。 The factors affecting the dye-uptake in dyeing process, such as the dosage of lanthanum chloride, pH value, dyeing temperature and holding time, etc, were investigated. Through single-factor and orthogonal tests, the optimum conditions are obtained: the amount of lanthanum chloride is 1%, pH value is 6.0, the dyeing temperature is 120℃, the holding time is 50mins. The result of the experiments shows that the dye uptake could be increased to 77.82%. The improving of the dye uptake by lanthanum chloride is of more obvious advantage than by ferrous sulfate, and the washing fastness and the rubbing fastness of the polyester fabric dyed with gardenia yellow are good.
