摘要
麻地膜是一种应用在农业上的地膜,为探明其拉伸性能,形成相关测定标准,文章基于GB/T24218.3—2010对麻地膜的拉伸性能进行了测试,分析了隔距长度、样品宽度对拉伸性能测试结果的影响。结果表明,麻地膜具有较高的拉伸断裂强度,其纵向和横向拉伸断裂强度分别在900N/m和400N/m以上,但其拉伸断裂伸长率仅为2%~5%。随着隔距长度和样品宽度的增加,测定结果的准确度和精度逐步提高,隔距长度为200mm、样品宽度为50rain时,测定结果具有较好的准确度和精度。
Bast fiber mulching film is of a film applied to agriculture. To investigate its tensile property to establish the measurement standards, the tensile property of the bast fiber mulching film was tested according to GB/T 24218.3--2010 and the effect of its gauge length as well as sample width on the measurement result was analyzed. The result shows that the bast fiber mulching film has comparatively high tensile strength with tensile strength in the longitudinal and transverse being more than 900N/m and 400N/m respectively. However, its elongation rate is just 2% ~ 5%. With the increasing of gauge length and width of the sample, the measurement accuracy and precision increase. The accuracy and precision are better when with 20mm length gauge arid 50 mm sample width.
