摘要
采用硅烷偶联剂的醇溶液,选用不同浓度、不同处理时间对精梳黄麻纤维进行改性处理,测试了改性前后黄麻纤维的性能指标,并通过红外光谱分析评价了改性效果;在砂浆中掺入不同长度、不同体积含量的改性黄麻纤维,制备改性黄麻纤维增强水泥基复合材料(砂浆),研究了改性黄麻纤维对水泥基复合材料(砂浆)抗裂性能的影响。通过测试分析,得出改性黄麻纤维在建筑方面的应用可行性,为黄麻纤维在其他应用领域的拓展提供一定的理论依据。
Combed jute fiber was modified by alcohol solution of different concentrations and at different treating time and such modified fiber' s performance indexes were tested and evaluated by infer-red spectrum. The fiber reinforced mortar was prepared by mixing different length, different volume of the modified jute fiber. Cracking resistance of the modified jute fiber reinforced composites was valued. Through test and analysis, the feasibility of the modified jute fiber at the side of building is gained, which can provide a theoretical basis for the development of jute fiber and expansion of other applications.
